How it works

Self-centering vibrating screen:The motor drives the main bearing to move, and the centrifugal inertial force generated adds to the internal force of the screen box vibration system, driving the center of gravity of the screen box system to move in a circular motion.

Linear vibrating screen:It is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitation forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the transverse direction, and the excitation forces in the longitudinal direction cancel each other out. The resultant force is transmitted to the entire screen surface, so the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line.
